So very true. I bought a hat on eBay a few months ago and didn't think about reviewing the buyer which I usually do. After I waited too long since I hadn't received the hat, I sent the seller an email and never heard a response. Then when I put in a claim with eBay they said I waited too long to file a complaint. So I lost money on that one.
