I've worked out since I was a kid. I started following a routine of Lee Haney, a former Olympic competitor. He worked out on a three week routine, light, medium and then heavy weights. So 12 reps during light, 10 for medium, and then 8 for heavy.

My workouts are quick, usually less than an hour.
