I also write on NewsBreak which is where I get the bulk of my income. And yes, I still invest. I plan to take some of my crypto gains in the next year or two and turn that into commercial rentals. I've done SFHs and that has been so so but time to move on.

Also, I have a military retirement which helps a bit.
