Five Ways to Achieve Your 2020 New Year’s Resolution
As we approach a new year as well as a new decade, many of us want a fresh start and achieve great goals that we have set. A new year marks a time to put past the old and have a fresh start. You may have tried to accomplish a goal in 2019 or even the previous year and came up short. No matter how hard you tried you just missed the mark and didn’t achieve your goal.
Well, with a new year that will be here in about 100 hours or so, time is quickly passing by.

Three years ago, I set to write a book and I did. The book is currently unlisted since I am working on a rewrite.
Five years ago, I set to lose 10 pounds and lost close to 20 pounds and weighed less than when I finished high school which was more than I ever expected.
